We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Baku. The location is excellent—within walking distance to many of the city’s top attractions and some great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We booked the Junior Suite, which featured a balcony overlooking a lively street below—a perfect spot to soak in the city's atmosphere. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baku.

The most important thing about a hotel when I go to a new country is that it feels safe and that the staff can be reached, if anything happens with the transportation, if there is a delay etc. This was true for this hotel, very quick to answer and even when the plane was delayed until after midnight they waited up and assured me that the driver was waiting. The room is actually very good value for money, on the small side but clean and fresh. Central location, no complaints from me.

It was a very comfortable room, equipped with everything we could need and the staff were super helpful whether it was with planning our day trips or finding a taxi to the airport at 4am! The hotel is also well located and close to a lot of restaurants and sites.

Property was very centrally located, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the old city. Staff were super helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage with them temporarily for an hour, on our way back from Sheki to Baku (for our flight out that night). You could refill potable drinking water at the lobby for free.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for accommodating my request to reschedule after an emergency cancellation—I truly appreciate the exception they made for me. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Nizami Street and the Old City, yet remains calm and clean. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Everything was perfect! The only small improvement I’d suggest is enhancing the room service a bit.

THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC!! It’s 5-15 min walk to any attraction or tour meeting point, 5 min walk to the Old City Double Gates, 5 min or less to Nizami St, and around the corner from a slew of restaurants and dessert options as shopping. The staff is fantastic! Ali, Aycel (not sure about the spelling, the sweet young lady at the front desk) and the young man who helped with my bags coming and going and the more mature aged gentlemen at the desk with the beard that checked me in —everyone was so helpful with sufficient English for the desired outcome. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly. For my American friends, The rooms and bathroom are small, as expected in this part of the world. I am one person and it was fine, for two is a tight fit, be sure you like your traveling partner in close quarters ;) Water pressure is good. Be sure to toss toilet paper in the bin/trash, not the toilet. If they book you a taxi confirm with the hotel the price of the taxi and AGAIN when you get in the taxi, the driver tried to rip me off saying “I’ll tell you the price when we get there” but I had already confirmed with the front desk and told the driver I won’t get in his taxi unless he confirms the same price, he then agreed. There is trouble in most of Azerbaijan about 40% of the time with credit cards Visa and MC, something about communication with banks, and American Express you can just about forget it. Apple Pay works well about 80-90% of the time. It’s inconvenient, but have cash as a backup or book a hotel where you can prepay or the hotel has a bigger name that can deal with such credit transactions (Hilton, Sheraton, etc). However, for the price point and location and helpful staff, this cute little hotel is well worth it and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is inside one of those old buildings near Nizami street area. You wouldn’t believe that inside that building was a very affordable and cozy hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, they are eager to assist and always have smiles on their faces. Additionally, the location of couldn't have been better. Situated in the center, it was conveniently close to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city at my leisure. Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.
